ignore signatures feature?

I usually turn on this feature for most of the forums I'm on, but I don't see this feature on the forums since they returned. It's an option in the preferences somewhere, to turn off visibility of everyones signature.

it's in the user cp.

User CP > Edit Options > Thread Display Options > Visible Post Elements > uncheck 'Show Signatures'
