Remote Start on a Stick Shift?

How many of you guys are running remote start on a 5/6-speed?? Anybody use anything other than the alarm Viper offers?

I have the viper one. Pretty cool since I'm always running late in the mornings for class, so I just turn it on to warm it up a few minutes before i leave the house ahaha.

I had it on my DD truck, 5spd. Had it for YEARS. Not one incident. Just gotta be smarter than juany. Most people would be fine :laugh: Motor was always warmed up when I left for work which was really nice for the older motor. I had the PYTHON system which was the cheaper version on the Viper stuff.

I've always wanted to put one of these on too. But the Opps starting it in gear worries me :laugh:

You can have a first gear over ride installed which would prevent the car from starting when in gear.

i would like to do this cus my car takes a long ass time in the morning to warm up with a open t stat and e-85 minimum 3-5 mins lol let me know how that goes for u
