Hey guys. I was formerly blwn408w, but it appears my lack of use got that account canceled or else I just forgot what password I used to have.
Never the less I never got the blwn 408w going, but I did however build a N/A 395ci motor. Some of you already know me from when my car was at stangwerks and I'm also on socalstangs.
My car has run a best of 7.29 @ 90mph in the 1/8th mile at Barona drags. It sucks that there isn't a quarter mile in san diego, but Barona is pretty nice for what it is.
Since the 7.29 pass I've bumped the compression up from 9.3:1 to 10.2:1 and put in a solid roller cam. I'll be at ST Motorsports next friday for a tune.
I'm also a member of Wickedstangs mustang club and we are hosting a huge street car oriented race at Barona in August. I know it's only 1/8th mile, but I encourage you guys to go as this is going to be an awesome event. I will be posting the rules in another thread sometime this week.
