I agree with Chris on this one... Just after work, I went to pick up the Mustang from the parents (since I wanted to have some more time w/ the Cobra and take it to work) and found a long streak from the taillights to the driver's side headlight. Kinda pissed me off after a long day, especially on a Monday! Anyways, I sprayed some quick detailer around the area just to see how deep the key mark is and thank goodness I left the car rather dusty because that dust acted like a light cushion. The key marks can be buffed off. Now, I hope the Cobra doesn't get keyed since I left it at the parents!!!!!! I don't know who the hell would do this since I keep it to myself in the neighborhood. Probably a hater and most likely a coward... I hope escrow is quick so I can park my cars in the g-rage!! :aaron:

Cover the car? Out of sight out of mind, plus it keeps them clean. I keep my Mach covered if I'm not in it. I bought it in March, and still haven't washed it. I quick detail it and dust it off before the cover goes on. The car is black and looks clean ALL the time.

I park it in the streets though Kyle... Someone can still swing by if they wanted to and bash the sides and I won't know til I uncover it. :aaron: This is the first this has happened, so let's hope it's the last! :batman:

hMMMMM...My area is quiet too, just a few knuckle heads that hang out 3 blocks away, but they are no bother. Did you end up getting a regular Autozone car cover, or you invested in those expensive covers?

Damn... I don't have that much cash set aside for a cover like that. Especially for car cover that will be out on the streets. I'll just settle for those Autozone car covers for now I guess??

Its worth every penny. My step mom has one for her '06 GT and had the cover since she bought the car new, and it still in great shape. The cover is only $225 and well worth the price. The AutoZones fall apart within months and scratch the shit outta your car.
