I think they nailed it on how it was supposed to look in the first place with the retro look.

Usually when a new mustang rolls out it takes me a while to get to liking the changes.
I don't think I am going to get over the major issues I have with this bodystyle.
The whole car just feels massively unresolved to me.
The rear is just atrocious. Roush is obviously trying but angles on the rear that were changed to make the car look shorter IMO ruin the car.
I don't know how it passed through qc and design but there is a pretty massive gap on the bottom of the decklid where it meets the taillights as you can even see in the pics.
Losing the wheel arches was a mistake as it takes away from the overall aggresiveness of the car and the front has a comically small grille compared to the dimensions of the hood and front bumper that flank it.
The introduction to the hips is something I was REALLY looking forward to but yet again they are WAY too subtle and understated. Don't get me wrong, I am not looking to have hips as prominent as on Twisted but on this car they almost disappear.
The overall use of the black plastic so that the car "doesn't look fat" was simply a design copout and a poor one at that.
The only thing that I really care for on this car is some of the interior.
I hope the 2015 Mustang will have more of the elements that made the S197 such a spectacular car in the first place and less of this haphazardly designed mid level prototype that somehow made it to production.
It almost seems to me that Ford was like "We own the game so lets just throw something out there to keep the kiddies happy before we do a complete overhaul" and this is the result.

Pretty Pretty Car and then there's a shot from the rear and I throw up in my mouth. I want to fab a new ass for the 2010, cuz the one it has is awful.
