If it turns over it is one of two things most likely. Either it isn't getting fuel or it isn't getting spark.
Did it just stop running or you just came out one morning and it wouldn't want to start?

Didn't we discuss this earlier?
If its the same issue it's the spark plugs

It just wouldn't start one morning
The night before I drove it fine but I did get a check engine light but now I can't scan it cuz it won't turn on lol
I looked on some f150 forums and they said the fpdm? Always break on these and if water gets in there they're toast so I'm going to check that today, get a new fuel filter because I don't think my dad has ever changed it, and if that doesn't help ima change the spark plugs hopefully that solves the issue. Thanks guys

Mark is right.
Check fuel pressure and spark. Then go from their.

Before you throw an autozone worth of parts at it, check for spark, verify the gap on the plugs, your truck is obd2 so scan for codes (it does not need to be running), check how much fuel pressure it has, and when cranking if the theft light is flashing thats a PATS key problem

OBD2 check only works in key on engine off position. Unless your scanner is unlike any one I have seen, you should be able to cycle the key to the on furthest most position before actual ignition and be able to pull codes.
Let me ask you this, when you turn the key to the on position, can you hear the fuel pump cycle for a second or two?

that means turn the key to run, the engine shouldn't be running. The key has 4 positions - accessory, off, run, start.
easiest way to check for spark is pull a plug and leave it hooked up to the plug wire and hold it so the plug thread touch something metal like a front accessoriy bracket, then have someone crank the engine and see if that spark plug works and has a nice bright spark.
to check the fuel pressure you need a gauge, harborfreight sells testers for ~$10, there's a port on the fuel rails under the hood like a bike tire valve, you hook the gauge up to that then turn the key to run to prime the pump, I'm not sure of what a v6 needs to run but I'd expect your owners manual or a sticker under the hood will tell you, it's probably around 35-50psi.

just spray some starter fluid in the throttle body. if it starts for a sec yoru pump is shit(itll die in a sec or so once it burns that crap off). Happened to our expi and harley f150....Easy way to find that out. If not, move one to the next things but start at the easy bs first...

i started the truck for like a second with carb cleaner then it just died so the prob. is definately with fuel not going through
then my friend pointed out he couldnt hear the fuel pump when i put the key on ON
lol idk how i missed that:chair:
his fuel press. gauge needs an adapter to fit mine but i wont need that anymore i guess
new fuel pump and filter tomorrow ill see how that goes

Did you check the inertia switch? Could also just be a blown fuse, but most likely it's gonna be the pump.

fuse is good.. not sure what the inertia switch is but the fuel pump reset button was good.. now to put the new pump in.. im not looking forward to it lol

Sounds like your pump is not working.
I would start by hotwiring the pump, if it does then you know its your FPDM.
