no, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the site host. i was able to log into that just fine.

one of the DNS servers went down, so i made a couple of changes and it looks like things will be back to normal soon, depending upon how fast updating goes. :)

no, that is most certainly not what happened. i was pretty clear in my post above. how you were able to confuse the DNS with paying the site hosting bill, is beyond me.

your "small" comment just reminds people of a couple of individuals who liked to make similar remarks whenever there were any problems with the site. those were legitimate issues then, because we had a couple of crap hosts, but not now. this was a confirmed case of a DNS server going down. i updated the site's records to reflect the change and we're back.

you do realize that i didn't have to say a thing. i could have left things as they were and let everyone think whatever they wanted to. i felt you guys were owed an explanation. i guess it was my fault in trying to provide one.

i won't make that mistake in the future. :shrug:

I guess you (and he) have not been around LAMC enough or are somewhat confused as "Jesus aka Jebus" is my (unwanted and strangely earned) nickname. Damon has other such names that I (and probably him) would rather not get into.

Not my fault if he can't get his monikers right.

This is really a non-issue.

Site went down. Damon fixed it, site is back and Damon gave all the people wondering the reason and the fix. As far as I am concerned, job well done and case closed.
