After getting a quote on cc plates and install Mark notified me that he made an error on pricing yep that's right even Jebus makes mistakes. Well to make a long story short he worked it out more in my favor than on his end and completed the job to my satisfaction with out any delays. Mark also offered a 100.00 discount on future services I declined the extras as we all make mistakes. Believe me if it was Ford doing the work I would have had to pay the correct quote or go some where else. This is customer service at it's best thanks Mark and I will continue to seek out your services and recommend all that I can to you thanks again.
