I think it looks really good. The "purist" in me though, thinks the same color silver would keep your car more attractive to the eventual next buyer though.

-What it all comes down to obviously is, what is it you are going to enjoy for the time it is yours. Blue may be what you should do for yourself.

I bet the irony is not lost on Blanco here.

3v with a Novi 2200 white car with stripes...

I don't really care much for the blue unless it is a really deep and metallic or pearl blue. I say leave it silver but that is just me.

Also don't forget, if you want all the stripes painted you will practically be repainting the whole car.

Never did mind the silver stripes. But you gotta love what you drive. I love your car's look.

If you're gonna pay to paint stripes do it RIGHT.

Pick the correct color blue, make sure they are the right width, do all the jambs and then clear over them so you cant feel them.

exactly.

me, i think all the shelby's should be white with blue stripes, just like they were in 1965. you are the one that has to like it jaime, so do what makes you happy.

but, do it right the first time.

Hence why I said he would be painting the whole car over. To do it right, the main stripes encompass bumper, hood, roof, decklid rear bumper.

The side stripes that say "Shelby GT" are on the fenders, doors and quarter panels.

WHOLE DAMN CAR.
