as some if not many of you know i got a 5.0 chp coupe mustang 5 speed. but it needs some work
im about to order a new clutch and flywheel combo.
should i get a stage 1 high performance clutch
or a stage 2?
should i get a chromoly flywheel 17lbs compared to 29 stock
or should i get an aluminum flywheel 12lbs.
i know that lighter = faster rev up time. which is a plut
but if you dont have enought torque = Bog ftl
thanks

What are your plans for your chp 5.0 car?
knowing that would help us in giving you the right info on with what clutch to get

i wanna just drive it to meets and back and to work 27 miles and back street strip kind of shit. nothing too out of the ordinary. mabe a mild cam. headers and some heads down the line but not sure. its all stock. just want a car that will have good driveability with the confidence to smoke ricers. is that good?

Stage 1 if you're stuck on Spec. There are better choices though.
Oh and pony up for a BCA throwout bearing instead of using that piece of shit composite piece they include.
Centerforce DF clutch & Centerforce billet flywheel. What year is your SSP?
