hey guys thot we'd change it up and go to Taco Lita its in arcadia the address

120 E Duarte Rd
Arcadia, CA 91006
the cross streets are duarte rd and second st.

its pretty much white Mexican food.. theres a pizzeria down the street if you don't agree with the food choice.. but its has a good size parking lot in the back.. and the food is relatively good!..
hope to see you all there.. i was thinking the usual time starting around 7pm

the only thing i would worry about is the size of the parking lot. it looks like there's barely 20 spots in the lot. take away a few for employees and customers that are already there and we may not have a lot of space left.

it does look like we can sit inside though.

So I just read some reviews about this place online. Seems like it is a glorified taco bell.gringo hardshell tacos with ground beef inside. According to the reviews the only benefit is that its dirt cheap.

hmmm well it is cheap.. but if you were to see it during the lunch rush.. its widley popular.. i wonder who those reviews are written by lol.. i know that a lot of people around this area love it... but for the good of the club i think i'll do a poll and i'll put a few places on there.

ok lets stick with it.. just incase anyone didnt read the last post i made in the poll thread... taco lita it is.. if you need the address its in the first post of this thread.. the easiest way to get there from the 210 is get off at santa anita and head straight down until duarte rd... then make a right on duarte rd. and it is on the left hand side right after 1st street.. if you see second street youve gone too far... its right before a 99 cent store:boost:

heck ya we should... the one in Baldwin park doesnt have good enough parking.. but the on in el monte has pretty good parking.. and then theres one that has opened up in ontario...

and the taco's are good.. but i like the burrito's better! if you eat their burrito with their taco sauce its GOOOD :drool:

another good mexican food place is alberto's theres a good one off of santa anita just below valley right across from la county fire station 166

I'm not concerned about the taste because you won't find a better spot other than someone's grandmas kitchen. I'm more concerned about the parking.

coming from your place, it'll be on the RH side, just past the RR tracks. it's in between azusa canyon road and irwindale. parking isn't the greatest and there are a few other eateries in that parking lot area.

plus, if people are that hard up, there's a JITB a stone's throw away and am/pm is just up and across the street. :p

ok, i drove by that place today and it looked closed. in fact, it looked like it hadn't been open for a few days.

there is a farmer boys right next to that building however, with some decent parking, if people are interested in that type of meet.
