It's called age! If you're talking suspension, new bushings, shocks, etc. should do the trick.

its not the suspension. it a type of squeak some old cars get when they are turned on early in the morning (squeaky belts)

it only does it under hard accelaration tho. you think it can still be the belt?
How are your pullies? They're not wobbling at idle are they? I had a co-worker with a Dodge Ram truck that had this vibration and squeak when it idled and while he drove. He popped the hood and his water pump pulley looked like it was about to rattle off! He replaced the water pump...cause was going out anyway...tightened the pulley properly, and that was that, problem solved. Might not apply to you, but worth a check! :)

If it's just the belts, try some belt dressing/anti belt squeak spray, then go from there.

my expedition (we both have 5.4s) will give a little squeak between a floored hard accelleration shift. i swapped the belt to a gatorback and put on a new idler and still same thing. i have a feeling its tensioner related.

it's the belt, gatorbacks are the documented fix, my truck does it with any belt though I've tried 3 different kinds, just went back to the original one since it only does it on shifts.
my valve body shift kit hits really hard over 1/2 throttle.

if the "squeak" you are talking about sounds somewhat similar to a BOV, then this is a "normal" sound for the trucks. its not a bad belt, not a bad pulley. i remember looking into this once for my truck (01 4.6) and its a feature ford built into it. something about the change of belt-speed at the higher RPM range (under hard acceleration)
