Went out to check something on the car this morning and found this............

I believe in retrospect that after unpacking the car from our trip Up North, I may have left car unlocked. They used the Number 3s own tools to commit this crime.

And to think, I thought the 18" wheels were ugly.

Should be easy to find the perpetrator though. Not many 2010 Camaro wheels on ebay yet.

Yeah, very few badges are bolted on these days. An "SS" badge might look cool there (if the car was an SS), but to spell out a whole word is stupid.

sorry to say but the new edge and sn95's are the best design. Slick/smooth/sexy. The s197's are nice and comfy but look fat. Dont kill the car, but puts it behind the last designs.

dont get me wrong, im not hating. Just simply stating the obvious that the previous generations just look mean and can be made even meaner. All have the same power potential, so im not knockin that at all. The selling point is comfort. After sitting in jaimes car (wich is beautiful might i add, i dont see the reason for the baby shelby hating) a few times I wouldnt mind getting into another car payment for THAT part :drool: . As for the 2v comment, you need a ride in Donny's stock block/stock rotating assembly/stock heads/stock cams/etc with a kb. You will shit your pants and swallow everything you ever said about the 2v. I sure as shit did a few months ago :donny:

and no one can say "itll pop in due time" cause the motor has been daily driven all this time, has about 90k miles, and is driven HARD constantly. IMO it can blow anytime it feels like it now, since it already proved everyone wrong who claimed that. Only part that has failed, is the POS kenne bell itself.

Do I have any experience with both cars? No... and never claimed any either. Closest I can claim is Dave letting me drive his SRT8 Charger and another friend letting me check out his Challenger R/T. Haven't yet been able to get over to the Chevy dealer up the street from my house and check out the SS they have.

what is so "far from stock" about donny's car? Its a 100% bone stock motor with a simple blower slapped on top. not very hard to do. Theres is NOTHING 'built' about that car (cept the rear end till RECENTLY). So the jerry built bs honda crap can be put back into the "bail me outta dis 2v argument" bucket :tongue:

i gotta agree with such a simple setup. Im currently running bilsteins all around (Cobra R out back) with H&R race and its amazing but when the funds come ill wrap the front bilsteins in C/O's. Donny's handles just fine.
Not too crazy where the whole fuckin interior rattles cause the cars so stiff.
