Would they work with spacers?

they will work with spacers, but I wouldn't advise it, especially since the earlier ones are so readily avail still

spacers are fine on the rears its the fronts that are no bueno to put spacers on.

really? I feel safer with spacers in the front, as with the back, you've got all that torque launching the wheels.
spacers are pretty common though, the classic guys all run them run late mustang wheels. I have 1" spacers on the front of my 66, and they're just fine and perfectly safe. I use the bolt on spacers that then have their own studs...mine are only an inch...I'm not sure how much thicker i'd feel comfortable running though

the offset works perfectly on foxes with 96+ spindles and 99+ rearends.

well if he has that then i guess they'll work. i just assume they are running stock 4lug unless otherwise noted.

FYI, there are no 4-lug Bullitt wheels. ;)

bullitts wouldn't fit very well on a stock 4-lug foxbody.
