Draining some fluids, pulling the acc. brackets off so I can clean them for coating, rearranged some wires for a little bit neater look and just generally making a list of the things I want to clean/replace while the motor is out of the way.

Since I'm not hurrying right now, I'm thinking the motor will be out and on the stand by the end of next weekend as long as my help comes through. Tomorrow I'll probably pull the hood, driveshaft, drain the trans and loosen the trans mounts.
Hope to have the other parts cleaned, blasted, ready for coating and the motor over to Miz for teardown by the end of next week.

I didn't feel it, but that was only cause I was driving when it happened! It all depends on where everyone was at. I talked to my parents and tia who live in East Los (Nick, you know where :pimp: ), and they said it was a pretty violent earthquake and felt like it wasn't gong to end! My mom said it lasted a good 15 seconds! It doesn't sounds like a whole lot of time, but if the shake is hard enough, it could seem like forever! Glad to hear that everyone is fine! :cheers: :)
