In 2-3 weeks I'm going supercharged so should I stick with the spec 2+ or just get the 3 or something else? The 3 is cheaper I dunno why??
Reason for replacing is tob is making to much noise and I'm not dropping the tranny and just changing that.

mcleod clutches are ftw from what i hear....my old spec was chattery as fuck.
Can't really recommend a clutch, but do yourself a favor an do NOT use the tob that the kit comes with! Get yourself a Timken tob and call it a day!

+1 An OEM terminator clutch will work just fine.

what supercharger you getting?
Whatever I can get cheapest :) most likely though a vortech tuner with intercooler. It's either that or a procharger.
Btw it has a spec 2 in it now works really good but I used the tob that came in the kit and since day 1 it's been making noise just now it's louder.

I third the Centerforce Dual Friction.
Had them on my other cars and zero problems.
I also hear great things about McLeod clutches too.

I've been pretty happy with the Spec 2+, granted I've not used any other clutches, not even the stock clutch, so I have nothing to compare it too. it seems to hold the power of my motor, but yet isn't so grippy that it can't be driven easily (hell, I learned on it, haha!)
It's kinda heavy though, from other cars that I've driven since learning to drive a standard.

03 cobra clutch and be done. No need for an eleventy billion dollar clutch that is prone to chatter. Mcleod is great, but again not a big need. Terminator clutch will more than handle the number you will be making for a tad over 200 bucks.
Also, DONT get an aluminum flywheel if your thinking of it. Sure youll be boosting....but its not gonna be low end power. it will suck

Anything under 500rwhp, I would go with a Terminator OEM clutch. Only exception is if you race a LOT, with a built rear end, slicks, and high RPM clutch dumps. If that's the case, look to the aftermarket. But for a street car that sees occasionally passes at the strip, Termi unit all the way IMO...

My goal is 600-700 rwhp I'm building/stroking the motor next.

Fixed :)
turns out the dealer lied to me said it had a spec 2 but it didn't...
It had a centerforce dual friction in it already lol looks new I just changed it anyways since I can't get a refund for the new one anyways. I'll be throwing the one that came out the car on eBay :)
