and yup. its mini. heh. my legs were in the glovebox most of the time. neet nicely made lil car. but geezus christ theres like a bazillion options.

anyone have one? dislikes/likes? the center speedo is a little umm... "unproportional compared to the rest of the car" but the GPS/nav thing helps that... but its $2000 for a the same gps that a little $100 garmin has... :aaron:

I saved the pm that jay sent me when he was calling me out to gmr and told me that i will crash cause my brakes will melt. Its in my home computer. :band:

We looked into them extensively to replace the 07 GT that my wife drives. She wants the JCW Clubman S, which is a pretty quick car. Unfortunately, with a 35K price tag, its going on the back burner, since we really "need" a new 09 F150 FX4 crew cab. Well... at least that's what I'm trying to sell to her, so I can trade in my 05 FX4 :angel:

I think the major Mini forum is called www.northamericanmotoring.com if I remember right.

i remember when they first appeared. i worked with a guy who bought one, then when the S model was introduced, he bought one of those as well. had a chance to drive both of them and show him what the potential of those cars were in our parking lot and on the local streets. he was very impressed and was shocked that the handling was comparable to the porsche boxter he traded in for the S. :lol2:

i'd love to have one as a daily driver.

It would be a fun daily I think... a tad on the femine side for me, but I could live with it because its fun to drive like a BMW should be.

Don't be a stupid fuck and go co-sign that loan. Good friend of mine just co-signed for 42,000 for a 335i that was fully loaded for his girlfriend. Needless to say, They are broken up and she's no longer making payments. Yay!

I won't sell the 95 GT... but even though the 07GT is worlds better than my 95, with smoothness and comfort... we never fell in love with the car. Besides... we have four cars and can't garage another one...

Joe's boss' wife had one for 3 years and she really enjoyed it. It was the turbo model... they hold their value well, too. They bought it for $30k and sold it for 25. :)
