Lol. Last time I checked the coach doesn't put the ball through the hoop. Phil's only mistake was thinking his players were going to play with some effort. Maybe its the lakers who are overrated.

Both the cavs and nuggets are playing better than LA in the playoffs. Woot!

the problem is Jackson went with size .....Gasol slow ass complains about getting fouls when his guy is down court he should of went small ..nobody there to rebound so why have gasol and andrew...but funny how the last 2 and ahalf mins Lakers started to pull in...

try comparing the teams the lakers are playing to the teams the cavs and the nuggets are playing.

the cavs might as well be playing with their shadows.... i mean seriously, second round they get atlanta?

houston> atlanta

also, someone said jackson is over rated.

how do u over rate 10 championship rings? LOL

9 rings...yea...lets see, he has had 2 of the greatest players to ever play the game...and Shaq "during his day and time" one of the most dominant centers.

You better get rings!!!!

you want to thank someone for the Laker rings, thank Jerry West, the greatest GM....ever.

And actually Kuptchek hasn't done to bad either

philjack has 10 rings on his fingers...

9 as a coach

1 as a player.

we're not counting the one he earned as a player for the knicks. that team beat the lakers coincidentally.

A time out would have stopped the momentum, and "maybe" allow the Lakers to stay closer, for there last run. A time out help them win, who knows but it wouldn't of hurt thats for fucking sure.

Its his pattern of coaching....he doesn't coach during games. Even by his own admission last year.

He sits on his lazy ass and sticks Chris Nimn in a Finals game last year (after the tool hasn't played all year :anal:

Phil Jackson is over rated, almost any NBA head coach could lead this team, just as good if not better.

They barely run the triangle anymore (thank god). They do pick and rolls like the rest of the NBA does

RedRyder
05-11-2009, 03:04 PM
HA! I don't think they hardly ever run pick and rolls. Maybe if they did, they wouldn't be one of the worst team at defending against it. That has been their Achilles heel for the LONGEST time.
