I am confused on what makes this a "complete conversion to a 99 Cobra" What else is from the 99 cobra besides the drive train? The main selling point for me for a 99 cobra besides the engine is the IRS and body.

CPU and all the wiring and a bunch of other stuff.

the CL ad specifically states that the shop is in possession of the IRS and could install it for the prospective buyer, if they decide they want this on their car. ;)

Basically the 97 was gutted for the conversion. The engine, drivetrain (sans IRS for now), steering, brakes, all wiring and harnesses, Computer, cluster, modules, etc are all transferred over.

The only thing left to make it complete is the IRS which we have and like stated in the ad, are including it in the sale. If the buyer want's us to install it for him prior to the sale, that can be arranged as well.

Wouldn't have been my first choice but for this car it does actually work.

I am the first to kick off the upchuckfest when I see tan/peanut butter interior but on a few cars it works for me. This is one of em. KH's car was another but then again, he went to dark charcoal.

very sexy. only thing i would change is the front bumper. IMO stock cobra looks the best out of any SN95, including termi's. :flamesuit:

Hey, come on down with some coin and I will put whatever front you want on it.

Very true Mark. I'm not the type of customer to throw a big tantrum and start bitching about stuff. But if I get poor service, the shop will NEVER see my business again.

Two things kill repeat business. Poor service and lack of communication.

That is why I ALWAYS make sure to have a talk with the customer on not just what we are doing today but where he/she wants the car to be. That way we are not wasting time on parts that will be obsolete along the upgrade path.

And like I said, I refuse to sell/install a part I don't believe in or goes against what the customer has in mind for the overall picture.

It is easy to get a job, it is far more harder to earn a customer.

This car really has to be seen and heard to do it justice, granted I heard it with just the mipipe. I would jump on this car in a heartbeat if I had the funds. The car.. just works.
(Mark I'm still trying to figure out if I can unload my left kidney and come up with some cash. :banana2: I'll let you know)

Took these last time I was at Sinergy, couldn't help myself...

i'll vouch as well, had the pleasure of seeing this ride in person. the engine bay is clean. not freshly detailed clean, but moreso cleaned thoroughly before assembled.

the interior is immaculate. seats are brand new, door panels have a tasteful appearance, touchscreen indash is a nice treat.

everything about this car screams attention to detail. the only flaw i noticed was a lack of catback :look:

i hope this car goes to a good owner.

Yeah, the SLP's were left off as we weren't sure if we were going to toss the IRS on yet.

I have a couple of offers but no one has put cash on the table so first one to put money down is the one who takes it. Tell your brother to call me.

Saw this car in person and it's immaculate. The black and tan interior looks really good, way better than the all tan that it came with. The crinkle red valve covers are  in person. This is a very well built car and is in new car condition, the asking price is a steal for this car.
