I'm trying to sell my Turbo. it's a Comp Turbo CT4 67 with triple ball bearings, .81 AR and chrome trim. it has been cleaned and rebalanced and not used since. There are some visual defects on the chrome. Brand new these run for $1745.00. I am asking $1100.00 not firm.

The HY35w I have is better suited to the 2.3 turbo than that turbo.
Don't know if I will ever put it on though. XR has been pissing me off lately and I haven't really driven it anywhere in a long time. Damn thing keeps dying when coming to a stop and I haven't been able to tune it out.

This is a very nice turbo by the way. Not a cheap off brand either. These triple ball bearing ones last FOREVER. Great piece for someone who wants to install it and be able to pretty much forget about it. If I wasnt still pretty much out of work I would be all over this thing.

If you act now, i have some other goodies that i will throw in.
I have a waste gate i will throw in for free!!! thats right free!!!
I also have an intercooler that i will be posting pictures of this weekend, if you buy the turbo i'll give the intercooler for a very cheap price.

Actually both of them can make that sound. Twisted you mainly hear the wastegate as it opens up almost immediately. The BOV you can only hear when you are under load and the car shifts or you rapidly step off the accelerator.

That's actually the bov sir
what sound do you think a wastegate makes then? Although a bov makes the same noise none is being sold or mentioned in this thread. So nick is correct.

This turbo is pretty sweet. I wonder what all the piping/rest of the kit goes for

well building the kit with these parts i think you can have a beast turbo for prolly about 3-4 grand. thats what like 2 grand off of buying it complete. not too bad in savings if you asked me, and the reason i was building it this way.
