I have 10 days to send it in, but as i was checking the ticket he put the wrong license plate. Most of you guys know my plates but on the ticket its says SLLBSPD.. am i safe to not send in the ticket?? :look:

send it, along with a pic with the money in your butt crack. So when they have the money in one hand.....and the pic in the other.....they look at the first hand realizing their holding butt money and puke

Or you could take a picture of your LP and send it in with your check make payable to w/e it is and circle the correction. Make them feel like idiots.

I can't think of any parking attendant/gates//valets that take credit cards? From what I've seen most of them only take cash.

Just pay it, and remember to swing by the ATM anytime you go on small trips. I've been to gas stations that don't take credit cards before (not around here though). Don't want to shoot yourself in the foot ;-)

cause it's a parking ticket, LOL and he's trying to weasel out of paying instead of taking responsibility for him self. :ninja:

i would make a phone call and explain the situation. theres a number you can call that isnt 911 and talk to the local pd. i'm sure if you took the initiative it would and could be easily resolved

Because this isn't a Law Enforcement related question! I'm not a parking attendant and I do not work in a toll booth. I do not think many LEO's have any real answer that isn't what I have written below. Honestly, this doesn't even belong in this section.

The question itself can be answered two ways. Either use common sense or your conscience and you will have the answer.

How would the local PD know about what happens in a parking lot?

they wouldnt thats why you need to make a phone call. explain to them and i'm sure they will understand. i'm sure pd knows for a fact that they charge to park at the beach almost every beach charges to park. it doesnt hurt to make a phone call or go to your local substation.

It was actually at an off-the-beach parking structure.

Jaime if the sent you a so-called "ticket" in the mail, then obviously they got your info somehow.

If the ticket has ur VIN # u have to pay it. If not they have no way of knowing where u r cuz of the wrong LP number.

Another thing no one has mentioned.

Did this attendant's station by any chance have a camera???

Just pay the damn thing Jaime.

Is it really worth agonizing over? It's less than half a tank of gas.
