I recommend having one handy...just in case.

This is a killer price too.

decent price for a unit that will eventually go bad. That said, no reason not to upgrade to Powerbond or Romac...

Nah...after all the trouble I have had with ford pieces, no more stock balancers on these 94-95s for me. SFI or bust....

Good to hear that there are better options for you guys.

I've had many people ask to buy replacements from me over the years and when I saw this, I passed on the PSA.

Not a problem... appreciate it man.

But for something like that I have found its more economical to buy one that will outlast the car because this is a part that will repeatedly fail.

I replaced mine with a summit racing SFI balancer, very nice piece especially for the price.

that's the same oem balancer that lasts 200k on most engines from the factory

On who's Mustang? Drive your Fox or SN95 any faster than putt putting around town and they fail pretty often. 65K to 90K is pretty standard for the rubber to start coming out the sides.

And yet its still a piece of shit IMO.

As officer dan says, drive it any harder than a little old lady and you wont get 75k miles out of it.
Doesn't seem to be that way with fox cars for some reason, but the 94-95 5.0s eat balancers like candy.

guess i've been lucky...I've had several fox's and have never had a balancer issue
