Drill it from the bottom and bolt it on with the floorpan. I think I might be able to find the instructions, but that's basically what it says.

You're looking at it the wrong way, just need to make it fit =D

I only have the adjuster piece. I think it came with a self tapping screw for the firewall. I can dig up one if you need it.
